Diabetics at Jamba Juice:

Eating good food at the right time can control your blood sugar, also stop you from craving wrong sort of food. Jamba Juice offers drinks in three separate sizes: 16, 24, and 32-ounce. You can choose the lowest serving size and cut down on sugars and calorie intake. If you're diabetic and concerned about the sugar intake, then you can opt for the smaller 9.5-ounce smoothies available for kids at Jamba Juice.

Foods to Avoid at Jamba Juice for Diabetics:

Jamba Juice is primarily known for its highly satisfying and nutritive smoothies and juices. Almost every smoothie and juice item on the Jamba Juice menu contains sugar. Diabetics are recommended to opt for smaller serving size while ordering at Jamba Juice. Also, avoid opting for creamy treats as all the smoothies offered in this category contain a load of sugars.

Keep the sugar content below 50g per meal at Jamba Juice and ensure that you don't follow it with a heavy meal. A small size regular smoothie is equivalent to a meal for everyone. Classic smoothies at Jamba Juice are also heavily loaded with sugars. Stay away from that section if you are a diabetic.

This Jamba Juice is conveniently located by the La Puente Mall. Definitely sign up for the Jamba rewards on your cellphone to get the $3 rewards on your visit. You could be shameless and sign up in store before you order like me ;) My only beef about this place, the reason why I docked one star was because they couldn't take a $100 bill, and couldn't order. What cash register on a busy summer day doest not have change for a $100?? So I was forced to go next door to Chipotle to buy something there and get change in order to pay a $3 off smoothie. Hmm.. maybe that's why I get for trying to be frugal... Oh, but I do have 1 tip for all you green lovers!!! I ordered their new "Citrus Kick" a blend of oranges, apples, pineapples, and ginger. But what I did was add "Kale" to it to make it GREEN!! (I love my green smoothies) Also, I like more of a thicker consistency rather than a straight up juice. So, instead of fresh pineapples, I asked to substitute it for frozen pineapples. I really liked that the ginger wasn't as overpowering, it was the right amount of "kick" to it.

I love Jamba Juice! Smoothies are always great. However, I was given a drink one size smaller than what I ordered today. I asked for a large strawberry wild, waited for my drink, received it, and went on my merry way. I only realized I was given a smaller size when I was in the car with my boyfriend who ordered a medium drink. Our cups were exactly the same size. I was really disappointed. I'm sure it was just a mix-up behind the counter, but I wish I could have enjoyed the rest of the smoothie I paid for. I also wish the employee making my smoothie noticed before I did :(

Ok, fast forward to three years since I first reviewed this location, I am truly a fan and I like everyone who works here. They are always so cheerful and helpful. And I love when you tip inside their jar, they say "tip tip!" Woo hoo! Anyway, today when I ordered my medium Orange Carrot Karma smoothie , they said they made a little too much so they gave me the rest in a small cup. Sooooo sweet of them. Cheers to a great staff at this JJ!

Not sure why there aren't more people who don't like Jamba Juice. I really like it! I do think it's a little pricey so I try to take advantage of a lot of their BOGO deals. Sometimes, if it's a hot day and I feel like drinking a nice cold healthy smoothie, I'll also come here. Staff is really friendly. I remember one time I wanted an acai bowl which wasn't technically on their menu, but the guy was so nice to make me one!! (see pic). It was so good. Such a good snack! Love their private parking lot. Usually not too long of a line or wait.. Why not stop in and try one?!

YUM! Pretty kewl kicken lil Jamba Juice here. It has that jamba juice santized smell of clean and a friendly staff. Its set up a lil different than normal, but that isnt an issue. So I walked in while trying to pull up a coupon on my phone and they knew the coupon I was after so I didnt have to wait as things kept timing out. Awesome customer service move right there =D Definitely something that made me super happy. So when you walk in to this location its long and narrow with a small inside seating area/bar right near the door. The first person however is the drink dispenser/maker. Not the order taker. That person is way in the deep dark bowels of the store so walk a few extra feet to get down to him/her. Its worth it if you want a lil bit of that jamba wonderfulness. Pro Tip: Parking is a slight hastle here as its located in an odd corner of the parking lot next to several other establishments that are quick /food stops in nature. I didnt like the parking lot design here. You have to enter /exit the lot in weird places unless you are heading westbound on colima. All of the other entrances/exits are significantly hard to get to. Overall though this location was a nice spot to grab a quick one on the run. =) Definitely enjoyed it and everything that I have come to expect from Jamba.

Blueberry oatmeal?! Would you not expect real blueberries?! Who wants to mix liquid sauce in your oatmeal? I was disappointed. I rather go to McDonald's. At least they throw in fresh fruits. Okay so I don't buy oatmeal too much, but this bowl of oatmeal I had, it was not soft at all. Felt like I was eating partially uncooked oats, but I never had slow-cooked oatmeal before. Only instant. It's usually soft when I eat it. The texture was like I was eating rice porridge, except the rice was a bit hard or chewy. I dono. Me no likey. I guess I'll have to stick to McDonald's oatmeal. $4 for oatmeal here is a bit pricey. The Kale Orange Power is not bad which is OJ and bananas blended with was whole kale. But I take Juice It Up's Evergreen smoothie any day. I only like jamba because they let you add kale in any drink or bowl for 75 cents as well as chia seeds. But no acai bowls here and pitaya is not available here either. No bueno. They have berry bowls only which is blended with yogurt, so I ask without yogurt and they put in more fruit for me. I always throw in kale and chia seeds. Maybe this location never had acai bowls but I wonder why they don't offer it. They offer one kind of acai smoothie. Don't forget to sign up for the rewards and special offers. Like their FB page so you don't miss any deals. I don't normally come here, only when they offer coupons for bogo deals. I rather go to Mother's Market since most of their stuff is organic. Boosts are now a quarter extra. Not free anymore. I might come back tomorrow for their bogo deal. Passing on the oatmeal from now on. Not sure why, but they don't give me receipts for my order. Thanks for reading. :) ~*kenzie*~ Okay someone replied saying that slow-cooked oatmeal is supposed to have some kind of gritty texture. I'm not used to that. It was a bit too gritty for me. Customer service not that great. They don't care to ask for your rewards, just take my money and brush me aside because there's a line. Panera's don't rush people like that. Why get me to sign up for the rewards in the first place than if you're just going to rush me like that? Pitiful. I'm only coming for BOGO Deals.

    (2)
  • Ellen G.

Customers have to ask for the free survey receipts that come with the regular receipts. Workers there are asked to toss away your BOGO survey code receipts. Watch them crumble up the surveys as you leave the register. I asked for mine today, and the mgr. rolled his eyes!

    (2)
  • Dennis A.

Went in for their BOGO special. Coupon wasn't accepted by their system. While I was there about a dozen other patrons experienced the same problem. BOGO. More like BOGUS.

  • Cortney H.

Love coming to this Jamba Juice! It's one of the better ones staff and all!. There mango-a-gogo is my all time fav, and the apple and greens. It's a good pick me up after a good work out

    (5)
  • My P.

I love their mango a go go. It is my usual drink. I also really like getting fresh squeezed orange juice with carrot juice as well. That combination is so delicious!!! I love Jamba Juice but I usually go most often when I get their BOGO coupons. The price is a little expensive but it is good. This Jamba Juice has a large shared parking lot and parking is never an issue.

  • Hanna K.

Usually Jamba Juice has a really friendly staff that shoots sunshine out of their ass but in this location the staff is rather rude & ignorant. I asked if one of the smoothies was Strawberry Dreams (my order) and the guy just said "I don't know" and walked away LOL like... Uh, are you at least going to find out? The reason I had asked was because I wanted to add additional fruit to it, and another team member had the nerve to tell me that was "really inconvenient". Really? It's really inconvenient of me to put up with your attitude when I'm paying YOU for YOUR SERVICE. Might as well make a damn smoothie myself than to put up with that shit.

  • Wendy S.

I come here a few times a week and their drinks are consistently good. I normally get the orange reviver... It is the best drink from Jamba Juice (in my opinion of course)! Other than that, their employees are extremely energetic and friendly. Love it here!

    (5)
  • Jessica F.

They do NOT open at 7am M-Fridays. Their sign on the window says they open at 7:30 and they really do. I came in with a 50% new energy coupon and the guy at the cashier looked at the coupon like he never heard of it. He said I couldn't use it until 9/22 but actually it says it expired on 9/22. I wonder if all Jamba Juice staff aren't aware of their promotions. I got their energy acai primo bowls 12 oz for $2.79 after the 50% coupon. They gave me one strawberry.

    (2)
  • Vanessa D.

They have some great customer service here! I am always welcomed and any tweaks I may want they totally try their best to tailor to. They really take interest into how I want my drink and recommending drinks that I am looking for. I don't come here for smoothies anymore just cause of my diet, but when I need a quick drink when I am on the go, this is my place! I get the fresh squeezed juices here. One of my favorites is the orange and carrot and I add chia seeds. :) Keep up the great work Puente Hills Jamba! The only reason I knocked off one star is because I wish they had a bit larger scale of freshly squeezed drinks, there is only three to choose from. But what is cool, is I can add Kale!

    (4)
  • Christine M.

Jamba is an all time fave smoothie shop! Since the prices are fairly expensive for a smoothie, I recommend coming to any Jamba when they have special offers/ promotions! They do give these offers quite often which is a win win for your wallet! My all time favorite smoothie is the mango a go go! Everyone says it's super tart or sour but I love it! I also tried the peach perfection thinking it'd be really yummy containing peach, mango & strawberries (I think) but in my opinion, it was way to tart for my taste buds. It also tastes like piña coloda in a way LOL. As far as the service, the staff here is very efficient and friendly. Always greeted as I walk in, super quick, and very chill. I love how this Jamba always has workers that are young and sociable. Overall, I love Jamba! Only downside is the prices but then again, everything nowadays is pretty expensive :-(

Okay place with okay employees, but a little slow. I saw some really good oatmeal with fruit piled all over it. My tropical kale drink was a disappointment.

  • Em L.

o7.3o.14 Clean little Jamba, and it's really convenience for the residence that lives around the area. And Chipotle is right next door! The staffs are nice. Now they have kale on the menu! It's a new thing right? Or maybe I just haven't been to a Jamba for that long. But hey, it's not too bad! Usually, people think it tastes nasty and never eats it. Well, try the drink at Jamba, you might just fall in love with it. Plus, kale is good for your health! And did you know they open super early?! Do other locations open just as early? I am not too sure but I find it fascinating because it's pretty cool for someone who need to get into work early in the morning but wants a fruity cold drink. They can always come here... but if you live kind of far from this location, then sorry, find another one?

    (4)
  • Jessica A.

I work at niko niko, two doors down so you'd imagine how frequent my visits are! The service is always phenomenal minus one girl who always seems to be miserable working here! My favorites here would have to be the apples n greens smoothie with a spinach n cheese wrap... Though I found a hair in my wrap today :'( (ew) but it's okay.. It's never happened before so I'm not gonna be all whiney about it :')

closed at 9:07pm on a saturday when Yelp hours say closed at 9:30pm and Jamba Juice website says 10:00pm. Very disappointed. This location doesn't even have store hours posted on the window.

They closed 15 minutes early. Why advertise being open at all if you're going to make up hours. The location by my house stays open until advertised and don't turn their backs to the door when someone is knocking on it.

  • Jay L.

My wife and I were CRAVING Jamba Juice so we looked up the closest one, which happens to be this one. On Yelp it says that it closes at 9:30pm on Sundays and we got there by 9pm. Guess what? IT WAS CLOSED! We lost 30 minutes (15 minutes each way) of our precious time (particularly precious to me on Sunday evenings because I like most people have work the next day) and a little bit of money on gas. I hope they update their hours so others don't suffer the same fate as my wife and I did. Thank you Jamba Juice for RUINING my Sunday evening. YOU GUYS SUCK.

Jamba juice run after dinner. Came on a Saturday night, about 8 pm. Place was not busy at all. Ordered the : pina colada wildly strawberry My friend ordered the small size, but they accidentally gave her a large. No charge! That was awesome. The wildly strawberry was really refreshing. It tastes alot like strawberry and bananas. Friendly and quick service, energizing drinks. That's all I need.

  • Stephanie L.

I've been here quite a few times in my life, as my parents live less than a minute away. For a while, I was OBSESSED with Jamba Juice and needed to have it every day. Since this location is only convenient when visiting my parents, I try to make use of it as often as possible. The nearest location to my apartment is a good 15-20 minutes away. I always order the White Gummi, it's SO GOOD. If you like gummy bears, imagine one that is mango flavored. It's obviously a little sweet, but, so so so so so yummy. It's off of their secret menu, so take a peek if you wanna try something new. Service is usually friendly and they serve up your drinks really quickly.

  • Peggy L.

I love fruit. Especially mangos. Ordered Mega mango. The staff told me i could make it all mangoes since they put strawberries in the juice too. The other drink we ordered was strawberry wild...tasted like strawberry lemonade. Pretty good.

They have an online buy one get one free coupon every long weekend. Been here many times and to the other stores but this one tastes the best. Apples N' Greens and Berry Upbeet are my favorite. A large one on a hot day gives a nice cool down and cleansing. Wait time is short even when there is a long line.

Although I am a typical satisfied customer when it comes to my smoothies, I was disappointed from the staff in terms of professionalism. The Jamba Juice employees came off as pompous and rude. Since my smoothie appeared to look like a bowl of soup, I asked if they can add ice to it. Instead of simply just doing it, the worker gave a dickish attitude about it.

    (1)

Jamba Juice by far makes the best smoothies hands down. The strawberry raspberry is my absolute favorite. The day I went they gave me my drink real fast that I was surprised by their quickness. Real nice employees not rude at all with customers.

One Word = Wheatgrass. Some people grow this stuff at home and drink it daily. Others believe it can prevent colon cancer. I don't know if all the hype about this stuff is true but one thing's for sure, you feel awesome the day after drinking it. Read more about it if you want ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wh… ). This place turns off it's sign at 8PM so at night, it's hard to tell if the place is open till 9PM. Small and quiet, I usually hit the place before or after my gym workout. The workers are helpful and nice, telling me that Wheatgrass loses most of it's nutrients after 10 minutes so don't take the stuff to go. Good lookin' out. Recently started going to back to Jamba Juice and noticed that they totally revamped the menu with a variety of new smoothies, juices, and drinks. I remember the days when they only had only 2 sizes and the smaller size was more like a meal. Packed with fruits, boosts, and other good stuff, the only turn off was the amount of calories you get in one drink. Now they got smart, made smaller sizes, and actually listened to the voice of the customer. Good job Jamba Juice! Located on Colima Road, near a monopoly of Asian Tea and Boba joints, I try to hit up this place cause going natural or organic has to be better than all that processed sugar.

This very cute and brightly lit Jamba Juice is located close to the Puente Hills mall. It is quite a new location and hence I love the design. With a lot of space to be able to see the menu and how bright it is there isn't one person that won't be able to see this. Staff is really friendly and they also tell you what deals they are currently doing for the month even if it isn't at that time they will want to let you know!! Soo awesome!! :) I ordered the Strawberry Energizer because I totally lack energy and the sourness is great for me since I love it !! :) I know that this place sells lots of different items and yes sometimes it is hard to pick your favorite ones. But I believe once you find "the one", you will always want to order it all the time!! This place also doesn't sell just juices...they can sell lots of different pastries and small lunchie meals and oatmeal which is pretty good.

My last 1-star review was removed a while ago and I kept forgetting to repost it. Last time a guy that no longer works there messed up on my drink, and he poured it back in the pitcher grinder with an attitude, and I told him that pitcher was already stacked and hes gonna take it back and reuse it? I told him to make me a new one and he was so fukn bitchy, trying to say I was the one who ordered the wrong drink. I ordered a Strawberry banana smoothie, I know it's not on the menu, but everyone knows what the fuk a strawberry banana smoothie tastes like!!! He made me a strawberries wild. and I do NOT LIKE that flavor at all. he said I was supposed to tell them I want more bananas, and I said.. well if I wanted a strawberries wild I would say Strawberries wild and NOT Strawberry banana. then left, and called the manager to report him, but I know she most likely didn't do squat. But both the manager and dude is no longer there, so hmmm... new manager? either way, service here is WONDERFUL now. They make my drink very fast, even when there's lots of people! CAN'T beat a $1 flat 16oz. back to school special smoothie!!!!

My initial thought was "nahh...can't be that bad. Jamba Juice is Jamba Juice" after reading quite a few yelp reviews stating how poor this place was in terms of their quality of drinks. After trying it out for myself I do agree with the other yelpers. I always get the Five Fruit Frenzy and I love it everytime but somehow it tasted different. I didn't have big chunks of ice or unblended fruit as others have mentioned but the taste was different. I'm willing to give this place another try but as of now I'd recommend another Jamba Juice if you're in the area. Customer service was great so I'll give it a 3 versus 2 stars.

Anything in Jamba is great. I heard someone mention the White Gummy Bear and yes, you got to have it. It sounds like an alcoholic drink, but it's NOT! I come here often and last Sunday was the first time I came with my pup. He was treated with smiles, since he's a cutie-poo! Anyway, I'm a fan of Jamba no matter where I am!

BOGO right now! Until Tomorrow (8/5/12) Likes: - Great drinks! - Fast service, nice people - Never fails to make my juices exactly the way I like it :) - Plenty of room for parking! - Right next to all other restaurants & desserts, yummm! Dislikes: - Nothingggg~~~~~

It's nice to walk in and to be greeted with friendly service! The servers are always smiling and that makes me feel good about coming to this location. Aloha pineapple smoothie this time, made with fresh greek yogurt... So good for an afternoon treat :)

Place is great, I love the smoothies and service. However, the yelp site shows that it opens at 7am but they have a sign outside the location stating they open at 7:30am. It's kind of inconvenient for those who work early in the morning and show up thinking this place is open at 7am. So I suggest yelp updates their information on this particular business.

Oh Jamba, I fucking love you. The people here are usually very friendly, especially Melissa, she's sweet. There is one guy there.. I don't know his name, maybe he's new but he doesn't seem like the brightest bulb in the box. I tried to tell him like 4 different times, in 4 different ways that I wanted oatmeal with EXTRA brown sugar in the MIDDLE of my oatmeal. And he never could figure out what I meant, and he ended up putting some in the middle, but then none on top. So my bananas were sitting on the hot oatmeal getting all warm and weren't covered in sugary goodness of brown sugar. So annoying. I ask him to give me more brown sugar, and he gives me just a tiny bit. So like two minutes later I go ask for some more, from another worker who gives me a decent amount. Anyway. I still love this place despite this guy, and in the future I may try to avoid him if I can. I just wish I worked Wednesday mornings so I could get $1 oatmeal here in the morning. Darnit. I wish they had oatmeal all day actually, since I rarely get up before noon or even 2pm sometimes. I rarely go here without a coupon though or some sort of special because it really is quite overpriced, the smoothies mostly, other prices seem more reasonable. I really wish they were open later too. Ask about their secret menu. I tried white gummy bear and really didn't like it, but strawberry shortcake is so good! One week later 12/2/12 --- Same guy, messed up my oatmeal again, even when another worker explained to him exactly how to do it "One scoop of oatmeal, one scoop of brown sugar, one scoop of oatmeal, one scoop of brown sugar, and then bananas"... its ironic because the whole reason I like it this way is because the first time I ordered oatmeal here and asked for EXTRA brown sugar, this was how it was given to me. So once again, had to ask for more brown sugar. I am not sure why he is so damn stingy with the brown sugar. Dude, seriously, how hard is it to put one FULL scoop in the middle, and one FULL scoop on top?

I love Jamba Juice in general. But I do know that every location makes the drinks differently and sometimes depends on the staff. This location is conveniently located near the mall and next to wing stop, I sweet, and Chipotle. I usually get either the white gummy bear or the Carrot Apple juice. I do admit this place isn't as good as the West Covina location which is where I usually go. The drinks are a bit icier here. I always wish they come up with a VIP program, or something like Starbucks because I seriously spend so much money here!

Always a great place to go after a good work out or want a refreshing drink. I'm addicted to Jamba's Acai Super Anti-oxidant smoothie! Soooo good and nutritious. I can drink this all day everyday. This store always makes it the way I like it compare to others. Good customer service and overall good experience!

I come in the mornings or when I have a break. Like most Jamba, they are on par with their smoothies. Their Chorizo is smalllllll, smaller than my fist, and it was not filling for the price it cost. I can get filled by bread for cheaper at 85 Degree Bakery! Customer service is great. Interactive, responsive, and responds with recommendations.

  • Mindy L.

Service was good. I personally think the taste is the same as any other Jamba Juice. But... WHITE GUMMY SMOOTHIE :) it's not on the menu so you should try it

Jamba juice you are breaking my wallet! My husband and I are hooked on matcha green tea. The convenience of this location sure make it easy for us to slim our wallets. Service is always fast and friendly. Clean place and great location We always order a power size and ask them to split it into two sixteens.

    (5)
  • Daniel T.

Came in here on the last day of the BOGO promotion and tried their matcha green tea smoothie. It was okay. Very icy though. It was more of a match flavored icee/slurpee than smoothie. I've experienced better smoothies but wouldn't recommend the matcha one. Service is great though. I normally experience good customer service at Jamba Juice's though.

This place has come a long way since they first opened but I have to say they have vastly improved in terms of speed of service and taste of their drinks. When I first came, the girl looked like a deer caught in headlights when I ordered the white gummy bear. Granted it's not on their menu since it's a "secret item," but all Jamba Juices know how to make the white gummy bear! Fast forward to present day. It's been months since their grand opening and it's like they've been there for years. Not only is there ever rarely a line but the people on staff take the time to see how your day is going. I think I stop by at the very least a couple times a week and I have yet to be disappointed. Quality drinks served up within minutes made just the way you want it. I friggin' love this small strip mall. You have Red Mango, Niko Niko Sushi, Chipotle, Panera Bread, and Jamba Juice. I always see people with bags of food from Chipotle or Niko Niko waiting for their Jamba Juice. This place is super convenient! Tips: 1. You are entitled to a free boost if you order an original or power. 2. If you're sharing with someone, order a power and have them split it into two 16 oz. cups.

  • Rina L.

This particular jamba juice place is ummm I guess whatevs because every order I had had bits and pieces of fruits and seeds. The workers must not know how to blend or their juices are just whack. I've made better smoothies AND had better at every other jamba juice. Juices were bland and had residue and bits in them. I don't mind some bits of fruit but in every damm gulp had bits. I don't think I'd come back to this place. I'd rather drive 10 more mins to the west covina location or brea one. Better taste and better smoothies.

  • Ann C.

SECRET JUICE NOT ON THE MENU! And because I'm awesome and sharing is caring.... Order the WHITE GUMMY BEAR =) It's a mix of sherberts (orange, lime etc) with fresh mangoes and a little soy milk.... Tastes JUST like the white gummy bears you love so much!!! You're welcome *grin*

Luv my watermelon juice, but service is a somewhat bland, maybe can be a little bit more friendlier I suppose.

Damn you Jamba Juice you always get me. After mailing my bills out and paying my ginormous mortgage, I was in the dumps and in the mood for my usual Strawberry Whirl with whey. I was happy to see this Jamba Juice was open! Actually, they weren't open yet, but the door man was gracious enough to grant me entrance into the preview day (they open officially on 10/14). Seriously...it was like walking on stage and everyone was cheering for you...like a big juice mafia hollering at you until you ran the final stretch to the register just so their can bludgeon you with their bran bars. And once you get to the register, they just stare with anticipation to get your order started. You really want to play that way? OK fine...So here's a challenge for you newbies... "One original Strawberry Whirl with whey protein and a 1oz. wheat grass shot with a slice of orange on the side." Like...20 seconds later, my smoothie was waiting for me and 5 seconds after that, my nasty wheat grass shot was staring me in the face. Oh the pressure of this place. If you come here, you'd better be prepared to perform. I think this Jamba Juice will be my usual post-mortgage payment blues pit stop.

The only reason this review gets 2 stars from me is because I am rating this SPECIFIC Jamba Juice location. As a company, Jamba Juice would get 5 stars from this smoothie connoisseur; as a franchised location, it gets 2 stars. The times I have come to this Jamba Juice, they have always messed up my order. Granted, how do they manage to consistently mess up on smoothies? I used to work at Coldstone Creamery and I know how specific measurements must be for smoothies... but seriously? I don't know if the workers are just new to the business or just suck, but please, all I ask is that you read the orders correctly and adjust accordingly and I'll revise this review hopefully for the better. I wish Rachel Berry worked here; this place could use more gold stars.** The last time I went was with my dad and I ordered a Pink Star from the not-so-secret menu; I received a Strawberries Wild, the flavor of the smoothie my dad coincidentally ordered. How do you mix up Pink Star with Strawberries Wild?! We paid extra for that secret menu drink; I expected to get it. When I took the first sip, I rolled my eyes. **gLeek reference

Service is great. Waiting time is not long at all. Very good and of course healthy ;) My sister in law took me and I've been hooked ever since. Hits the spot on a hot sunny day! Definately going to be a regular.

The whole reason I went was because I had a gift card. The gift card system wasn't working after the girl at the register Tried after multiple times. So we paid with cash. I got our smoothies one had blue plastic in it.

  • Maggie H.

    1) Unprofessional service. 2) The Magnificent Mango Pineapple Whirl'n frozen yogurt has no fruit bits at all. It only has the flavor of the fruit. The frozen yogurt, if you can call it that, has the oddest consistency. It doesn't taste like frozen yogurt at all. This is my last time ever patronizing a Jamba Juice.

Oatmeal was runny and tasted horrible. Ordered a coffee and they didn't have coffee filters so I had to wait for them to get some from Panera. This isn't the first time either.

This Jamba Juice is fairly new, it's super clean, people are friendly, the drinks are good... well the same as all the other Jamba Juices. It's always hard to review a chain because they all try to be uniformed and is measured by the same standards. This one is a pretty good size, has limited indoor seating, but a lot of outdoor seating. Service is fast, friendly, and helpful. There normally isn't a line and seating is almost always available. They haven't messed up on any of my drinks yet, so I guess that makes me a fan :) Also I always feel healthier when I come here instead of going to a boba or ice cream place.

I've only been here a couple of times and have not been very satisfied with the customer service at this specific location. Jamba Juice has always been known for having great customer service and welcoming, energetic workers - at least that's what I had experienced before this one opened up in Rowland Heights. I went with a friend who ordered a drink that orginally came with acai berry in it. Since she doesn't like acai, she politely asked the cashier to leave it out of her drink. The cashier seemed to understand, but when my friend received her drink, it had a weird taste that she wasn't used to. Assuming it was acai berry, she asked the worker who made her drink if it had acai in it. The worker gave my friend a look as if she should know that acai berry was in it and replied "Yes." My friend then explained how she told the cashier she specifically did not want it in her drink and kindly asked if she could remake the drink. The worker had the nerve to ROLL HER EYES right at my friend and reluctantly remade the drink. RUDE. I demanded my friend write a complaint to them, but we never received any response. I love Jamba Juice and even though this location is conveniently close to me, I'd rather make the drive to Brea or West Covina to get better customer service than this one. Very disappointing.

Of all the Jamba Juices I've been to in my lifetime, this is by far thee best there is. I come here so frequently that I think I know most of the staff by name. Everyone here is super friendly and more importantly, they make good smoothies, unlike the one in Rosemead. Monday nights are my favorite because that's when Josh and Taylor are usually working. They are the dynamic duo of Jamba Excellence, so whenever I finish a gruesome workout, I head over here and as soon as I walk through the door, I'm greeted with smiles and my favorite words, "The usual, Jane?" Ahhh how I love my orange dream machine with whey, and everyone here knows it. Sometimes I like to live on the edge a little and when I do, I splurge for a double shot of wheat grass to go along with the ODM. I know, I'm wild like that...

I loveeee Jamba Juice, but this chain did a horrible job at my smoothie. I thirsty and in the area which lead me this store. I ordered my "coldbuster" as always and waited a while... After hearing my name being called, I hurry up and grab my drink all excited since I was expecting it to taste yummy... BUT turned out totally opposite. The drink was all chunky since the banana wasn't well blended. Also the ice was not at ALL well blended. I couldn't ask them to remake it since I was in a rush. bummer.... It was a pretty disappointing experience. :[

This Jamba juice is the best. They know how to understand their customers custom orders without making some banality out of it. It's a great Jamba Juice and i'll probably be biased about how this place is the best until I get mistreated here :(. On topic though: This place is the best Jamba Juice I've been to out of all their other chains.

Im giving this location 5 stars because Janet and all the other employees are very friendly and make the quickest and best mashed up frozen fruit drinks aka SMOOTHIES! Ever wonder who invented that name? That may be the coolest name for a frozen drink since.....well the slurpee! Lol Reason numero dos on my five star rating. The ladies at this location will give you the best Screaming Orgasm you have ever had in your life!! Trust me, just say " I'd like one screaming orgasm please" and the ladies here will gladly accommodate. Ok ok this is not an underground brothel disguised as a smoothie joint, the Screaming Orgasm is an actual drink that they make and it is absolutely the shizzz!!!! Lets just say I needed extra napkins after finishing. Best smoothie ever, get yourself 100 screaming orgasms this summer!

jamba juice serves food? flatbread pizzas, sandwiches and salads to go said the flyer and the enthusiastic employee handing them out. why did i think that it was real food? today, i tried their MediterraneYUM flatbread pizza and it was decent. $3.75 for a frozen pizza the size of my palm. sandwiches and salads in the fridge. sigh...where's the real food? at least Jamba Juice (the juice part) is close to work.

i go here quite often - atleast once a week -_-x anyways everyone here is really friendly and nice! environment is super clean too which i likee a lot :D things you might not normally order here: if you dont like chai tea, you wont like it here but its cool that in their new hot drinks you can use whatever milk you prefer: like whole milk, organic, skim milk. your choice :D ive had the mango peach topper (very odd) yet really goood and healthy tasting! i tried the strawberry one (the one with peanut butter in it) its a bit on a sweet side and taste a lot like peanut butter but it was pleasant but too sweet. i like their chicken wrap - i have yet to try the others along with their pizzas. :D

At Jamba Juice, I ordered frozen yogurt and saw the yogurt come out of a bag! Isn't this place supposed to be "healthy"? The yogurt tasted much too sweet and felt processed. Ugh, I am completely disgusted, considering it was my first time there.

I love the "White Gummy". It's like a hidden menu item. However I must warn you, last I ordered a power sized white gummy, I think I saw them put 7 scoops of sherbert/ice cream in there! @___@ my heart screams noooooo!!! whenever I am about to order a "White Gummy".

I just found out Jamba Juice serves steel cut oats. These are a pain to make at home because they have to cook for a long time. I love that I can get it here on the fly now. They don't add any sugar or junk to them, unless you want them to. Steel cut oats are a great, super healthy breakfast.

LOOOOOVE, favorite juice place!! The major reason I love this place is because the juice is NOT that sweet. I like juices that are a bit or more sour than sweet. Also you can see them make the juice, so yknow they're not just concentrate. I love the toppers as a breakfast or just snack. It has cereals with a smoothie so feels a little more like a snack than a juice.

I got the Strawberry Wild Smoothie. It was one of the best smoothies i have ever had. Believe it or not, 2009 and this was the 1st time i have ever been to Jamba. I can see what i have been missing. As far as this location, it's nice. Brand new store, very clean and new.

  • M G.

Came here so often, I walked in the door and they knew my order was going to be Aloha Pinapple w/no strawberries. So I decided to switch it up and get mango a go go. Now I just always get the Coldbuster whenever I feel a germ coming through. I swear I have not been sick for almost a year now. Keep doing what you do Jamba. The people here are so nice, and the store is kept clean so check it out!

As a franchise, this place can't do much about pricing. That's the only thing i have to complain about this place - jamba juice is extraordinarily expensive. however, besides that, their service is friendly and prompt, and nothing has ever gone wrong when i went here. they make smoothies really quickly, and they're always good. i didn't mind the pricing until after my gift card ran out, but then i noticed how expensive it was. otherwise, this jamba juice is great!

When I came in to this one I was really surprised with the service...very genuine, very energetic! I have been to so many Jamba's and this is truly one of the best. The store is relatively new and still amazingly kept clean each time I go in. I always order something different depending on my mood, if it comes out to be something I don't like they're always happy to replace it with something I might like better! I suggest to make friends with the workers, get to know them a lil, they'll give you EXTRA special treatment when you become familiar with them. I think the GM's name is Paula, short asian lady...kinda funny. Keep a look out for the leads (the ones with the "JAMBA" pin on their name tag) they'll take care of you the most! Shout out to my favorite people whenever I come: Mike, Sean, Rachel, Scott, Chris, Josh, Cedrik, Brandon, Sabrina, and a few others lol i think i come in here toooo often!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! XD

I love Jamba Juice, just not this location. Terrible service. I'd rather go to the Brea location just so I won't have to deal with it.
